Free and Starter have a daily limit (UTC); the monthly volume is illustrative only. On Pro and Scale, per-1,000 overage depends on enablement at provisioning; without it, sending stops at the quota. Even with overage enabled, the safety ceiling of 5× the included volume applies.

How does overage work?
On Pro and Scale, extra sends are billed per 1,000 at the plan's own rate, and the safety ceiling is 5× the included volume. Without overage enabled at provisioning, sending stops at the monthly quota. Free and Starter stop at the daily cap.
Is there a contract, and can I change plans later?
No contract and no cancellation fee. Plans are month-to-month; tell us the volume you need and we move you to another rung.
What is the attachment limit per message?
1 MB on Free and Starter, 5 MB on Pro and 10 MB on Scale — the sum of the decoded attachments, not each file separately.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The beta is free, 100 emails a day per account. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD and activating one is a single click in the panel.
What happens above the top plan?
The published ladder stops at 2.5M a month. Above that, talk to us: we size the volume with you instead of quoting an enterprise tier we do not publish.
